Finding Joy through Authenticity

Service Description

This is a facilitated discussion space for neurodivergent adults to explore themes of joy and authenticity through fiction books and other media. This is a conversation inspired by a book, not a traditional book club. You’re encouraged to read in advance, but you don’t need to finish (or even start!) the book to participate. Come to share, listen, reflect, or just exist in the space. More specific themes may include: - neurodivergent identity and relationships - unmasking and self-understanding - curiosity, self-compassion, and new ways of thinking - and more
