Hello and welcome! I'm Emory, a certified executive function coach who helps adults navigate challenges with planning, organization, time management, and everyday life.

As a late-diagnosed autistic adult who has been managing chronic conditions for more than half my life, I understand firsthand the need for flexible, individualized approaches to executive function and self-compassion. Executive function has been a long-term special interest of mine, and I’ve spent years experimenting with systems and strategies in my own life. I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

Before becoming a coach, I spent eight years working as a speech-language pathologist supporting clients with challenges related to communication, cognition, and executive function. I transitioned to coaching to create a more collaborative, flexible space that embraces neurodivergence and focuses on practical strategies that actually work in daily life.

Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with my wonderful husband and our pets, doing a puzzle, working on a craft project, or enjoying the sunshine!

What coaching with me looks like

Executive function coaching is a collaborative and action-oriented process. Together, we focus on skills like organization, planning, time management, problem-solving, and emotional regulation—the tools that help make daily life more manageable.

Many of the clients I work with are neurodivergent or living with chronic illness, where executive function and energy levels can fluctuate. At the same time, anyone can struggle with executive function when stress, fatigue, or life transitions get in the way.

Rather than forcing traditional productivity systems, coaching focuses on experimenting with strategies, systems, and habits that actually fit your brain and your life. My role is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where we can get curious about what works, adapt when things don’t, and build a flexible toolbox of strategies you can rely on over time.

Showing up as yourself

Coaching with me is a space where you can show up as you are. Some days that might mean feeling focused and energized, and other days it might mean feeling overwhelmed, tired, or unsure where to start.

You don’t need to hide your struggles, mask your reactions, or pretend things are going better than they are. Many clients stim, fidget, take breaks, or think out loud during sessions. That’s completely welcome here, and I may even join you!

You don’t need a diagnosis to belong here. Many people come to coaching while exploring their own neurodivergence, and self-identified neurodivergence is always welcome.

My goal is to create a space where we can work together authentically, get curious about how your brain works, and build strategies that support your real life.

Is coaching a good fit for you?

Executive function coaching may be a good fit if you:

  • feel overwhelmed by planning, organization, or follow-through

  • know what you need to do but feel stuck starting

  • know your long-term goals but aren't sure how to get there

  • manage a demanding job but struggle with everyday logistics like meals or laundry

  • are trapped in cycles of burnout or energy crashes and are trying to recover

  • want practical strategies that actually fit your brain

  • want a supportive space to experiment with new systems and approaches

If this resonates, coaching may be a good next step for you.
