Current and Upcoming Groups

Curious Conversations

Thurs. Sept 24th | 7:00-8:15 PM EST | $25

Curious Conversations is a monthly group coaching and discussion series. We typically meet the second Wednesday of the month, but for fall, we're shifting to the fourth Thursday.

Our September theme is Routines: Starting, Restarting, and Adjusting. Even if you aren't heading back to school, this season often brings changes in schedules, responsibilities, and energy. Together, we'll explore what makes routines easier to begin and maintain, how to create versions that work for different capacity levels, and how to restart or adjust when a routine inevitably gets interrupted.

A minimum of two participants is needed for this group to run. If the minimum isn't met, you'll receive a full refund or the option to apply your registration to a future group.

Finding Joy Through Authenticity:

A Neurodivergent Book Discussion

Thurs. September 17th | 12:00-12:45 PM EST | The Framed Women of Ardemore House by Brandy Schillace

Join me and Jennifer Glacel, LCSW, RPT-S for a free, facilitated discussion space that celebrates neurodivergent joy and authenticity through books, other media, and our lived experiences. We meet the third Thursday of the month, 12:00-12:45 EST.

We’ll use stories as a starting point to explore themes that show up in our own lives and relationships. You’re welcome to share, listen, reflect, or just exist in the space.

More specific themes may include:

  • neurodivergent identity and relationships

  • feeling understood

  • masking and authenticity

  • curiosity, self-compassion, and new ways of thinking

You're encouraged to read in advance (books, ebooks, and audiobooks all count!), but you don't need to finish to participate. The focus is on connection and exploration, not keeping up with the reading.

Body Doubling

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 3:00-4:30 PM ET

Body doubling means working alongside other people to make it easier to begin and stay with a task. These virtual sessions offer gentle structure, accountability, and shared momentum—because sometimes it’s easier to get things done when you’re not doing them alone.

Bring whatever you want to work on: paperwork, household tasks, schoolwork, a personal project. We’ll begin with a brief check-in, spend most of the session working independently together, and reconnect at the end.

Sessions are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00–4:30 p.m. ET and are open to teens and adults. Your first two sessions are free; after that, sessions are $10 each.
