Curious Conversations: Drop-In Coaching Group
May 13th: Hot Goal Summer 🔥
This month's drop-in group will look a little different. Join me for a hands-on goal-setting workshop. If traditional goal setting has ever left you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're doing it wrong, this one's for you!
Together, we'll choose a direction that fits your life right now, and map out small, flexible steps to move toward it. We'll focus on letting go of all-or-nothing thinking and rigid plans in favor of something more realistic and sustainable. My goal for you is to leave with a plan that feels doable.
This is a come-as-you-are, no-prep-needed space open to neurodivergent adults (18+) or anyone who experiences executive function challenges. We meet the second Wednesday of each month. To keep the environment supportive and comfortable, participation is limited to 12 people.
Wednesday May 13th 7:00-8:15 PM EST
Cost: $25 per session
Start Together
Start Together is a free community group group for anyone who wants a little support getting started. Whether it’s a project you’ve been putting off, a hobby you’ve been wanting to try, or something you’ve been meaning to return to, you’re welcome to bring it here. Open to teens and adults.
We’ll begin by sharing what we’re working on, spend time together in a low-pressure, supportive space, and wrap up with a brief check-in. Some people use the time to work quietly on a task, while others come for the connection and shared momentum. This group is about community, gentle initiation, and making it a little easier to start.
Friday May 22nd 3:00-4:00 PM EST
Wednesday May 27th 6:30-7:30 PM EST
Neurodivergent Book Discussion
Join me and Jennifer Glacel, LCSW, RPT-S for a low-pressure, facilitated discussion space centered on neurodivergent experiences in fiction. We meet the third Thursday of the month, 12:00-12:45 EST.
This is a conversation inspired by a book, not a traditional book club. We’ll use the story as a starting point to explore themes that show up in our own lives and relationships. You’re welcome to share, listen, reflect, or just exist in the space.
Discussion themes may include:
-
burnout, rest, and capacity
-
neurodivergent identity and relationships
-
feeling understood (or misunderstood)
-
masking and authenticity
-
curiosity, self-compassion, and new ways of thinking
Read however is best for you - physical book, e-book, or audiobook - or don't read at all!
Monk & Robot Series (May + June)
We’ll be exploring the Monk & Robot duology by Becky Chambers across two sessions:
May 21 – A Psalm for the Wild-Built
June 18 – A Prayer for the Crown-Shy
$15 per session or $25 for both
Regulation for Real Life
Sometimes you know exactly what to do and how to do it, but still feel stuck or unable to start. Regulation might be the missing piece.
This group will focus on the connection between your nervous system and executive function challenges. Each session will include guided practice and space to try things out in real time.
Together, we'll:
-
Notice early signs of dysregulation
-
Interrupt overwhelm and shutdown patterns
-
Build small systems that work with your brain
This is a space for experimentation, reflection, and figuring out what helps you feel more supported.
Wednesdays 7:00-8:15 PM EST
June 10, 17, 24 and July 15, 22, 29 (There will be a two-week break in the middle)
$240 for the series
Open to ages 16+
