Curious Conversations: Drop-In Coaching Group

April 8th: Procrastination: Why Can't I Just Start?
Procrastination is often framed as laziness or a lack of discipline. But for many neurodivergent folks, it’s something very different. This month, we’ll explore what’s really happening when tasks feel impossible to start. We’ll look at common procrastination patterns, the executive function challenges behind them, and gentle ways to move forward without shame. Come share experiences, learn from others, and get curious about what your brain might actually need.

This is a come-as-you-are, no-prep-needed space open to neurodivergent adults (18+) or anyone who experiences executive function challenges. We meet the second Wednesday of each month. To keep the environment supportive and comfortable, participation is limited to 12 people.

Wednesday April 8th 7:00-8:15 PM EST
Cost: $25 per session
Start Together

Start Together is a free community group group for anyone who wants a little support getting started. Whether it’s a project you’ve been putting off, a hobby you’ve been wanting to try, or something you’ve been meaning to return to, you’re welcome to bring it here. Open to teens and adults.
We’ll begin by sharing what we’re working on, spend time together in a low-pressure, supportive space, and wrap up with a brief check-in. Some people use the time to work quietly on a task, while others come for the connection and shared momentum. This group is about community, gentle initiation, and making it a little easier to start.
